The Types of Information We May Collect From You

How We Protect Your Information
The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable Information associated with you is of the greatest concern to us. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your own computer to our servers. Personally Identifiable Information collected by our Sites is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. For credit card numbers and on-line purchases, the Personally Identifiable Information is encrypted before you conduct your transaction. Special Notice for California Residents
In addition, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our customers who are California residents to opt out of allowing us to: (A) share Personally Identifiable Information with Inheritance Network affiliates for their direct marketing purposes; and (B) share Personally Identifiable Information with third party companies for their marketing purposes. Please specify in your email from which choice you are opting out:
- Receiving promotional emails and electronic newsletters from the Inheritance Network;
